We’ve had a big year at LYNC. We’ve got a new look, and we just keep on growing. We even got named in INC’s 2018 list of the 5000 fastest growing companies (Just saying.) In light of all of this excitement, we want to share with you how we do business. It comes down to three key components: Our people, our technology, and most importantly, our integrity.
A different kind of people
One thing that stands out about LYNC: we’re women-owned. In an industry dominated by men, we bring a fresh perspective. And with the major shifts happening in logistics, this fresh perspective has differentiated us and given us a real advantage.
Beyond the bold women that lead us, we have also worked diligently to build an impressive team that has decades of experience and a love for this work. You have to be a certain kind of person to nerd out on shipping freight, and we’ve filled our office with those kinds of people.
Pursing the best (not the trendiest) technology
Logistics has reached the tech age (finally), and there are buzzwords floating around everywhere. Everything is a self-driving robotic drone with some AI thrown in and a dash of Internet of Things. All the words. And we see the companies out there who like to use such words to sound like they get what the kids are doing these days.
That’s not us.
We believe tech to be a crucial component of success, but we aren’t the type to jump on a bandwagon. We work to thoroughly understand what is actually happening in the industry and bring that understanding into the tech we use to move freight.
Moving technology forward
We also go one step further. Beyond simply understanding emerging technologies, we’ve made a commitment to help shape them. We’ve joined the Blockchain in Transport Alliance (BiTA). With thousands of companies applying worldwide, we are among the select chosen to work towards the alliance’s mission of “driving the adoption of emerging technology forward.”
Through this alliance, we contribute our industry knowledge in order to inform the development of new technologies — ensuring that we move freight as effectively as possible.

Talented people and advanced tech all sound pretty great, but the real game changer here is our commitment to integrity.
We believe moving freight should be seamless and transparent. So that is the experience we deliver to our clients. We aren’t here to trick our clients into doing business with us. We do honest business, and we do it better than anyone.
