LYNC Logistics, founded in 2014 in Chattanooga, Tennessee by industry veteran Cindy Lee, began as a small, female-owned freight brokerage born from her experience running a trucking company. Since then, the firm has seen rapid growth—being ranked #415 on the Inc. 500 list in 2018—and has consistently doubled in size and revenue year-over-year. The company offers a comprehensive range of transportation services, including full‑truckload, less-than-truckload, refrigerated, over-dimensional, drayage, intermodal, and drop‑trailer logistics, handling both domestic and international freight needs.

Shipping freight isn’t simple. But we make it simpler.

Take a look at LYNC, and see how we deliver on our mission.

LYNC prides itself on its “one-on-one” service model: every client is assigned a dedicated specialist who manages shipments round-the-clock, 365 days a year. Their workplace culture reflects this hands-on, family-first philosophy—eschewing hustle culture in favor of flexibility, mentorship, and a supportive, adult environment that even welcomes pets and families during off hours. Celebrating its 10-year anniversary in 2024, LYNC emphasizes continuous improvement, community engagement, and employee investment as core values.
